Gin's Kitchen - Sambal Kangkung

Day 82

Today I tried cooking Sambal Kangkung and I realised that it takes a while for kangkung to be cooked. I thought it would be cooked fast but when I first dished them out, Mr Tan commented that they tasted a little uncooked. So I returned them to the wok and try to cook it again. I used Sambal Belacan paste and luckily, the paste didn't taste too bad. At least it was spicy but something is missing. The taste just isn't complete. I still have kangkung in my fridge. Perhaps I should buy some dried shrimp for my next attempt.

- Kangkung
- Garlic
- Sambal Paste
