Mr Tan had to go back to meet his partners after our yum cha so Jiaqi and I went marketing. We are having steamboat at Jiaqi's place tonight so we need to buy the food! Prawns, fish, sliced pork, cuttlefish balls, meat balls, fish tofu, vegetables and soup base.
Mr Tan only came home about 7 and after his shower and toilet business, we went up for festive steamboat dinner! We even brought 2 oranges to 拜年! Jasmine was still working and only joined us around 10. Mr Tan commented that the soup base tasted more like instant noodles soup base, we found it a little salty and added thrice the amount of water indicated on the packaging!
We ate, we drank, we talked cock, we laughed all the way till midnight and decided to a night. Oh and I found a wine that I like! Smooth and not too sweet. Nice :)
